These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by CoreChat (hereinafter "Provider") to users (hereinafter "Customer") through the website corechat.wienerskill.net and the associated Discord bot.
CoreChat provides a Discord bot service with AI integration. Users may purchase token packages to use AI models via Discord. Tokens are one-time or subscription credits and do not expire once purchased.
A contract is formed upon the successful completion of a payment transaction via Stripe. The Provider reserves the right to decline orders without stating reasons.
All prices are final prices including applicable taxes. Payment is processed through Stripe. No payment data is stored on our servers.
As token packages constitute digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of contract performance, provided the customer has expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. Discord IDs and usage data are stored solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The Provider is not liable for content generated by AI models. Users are solely responsible for how they use generated content.
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining terms remain in full force.
